Our Skills Acquisition and Enterprise Development (SAED) Programme provides a national framework to tackle youth unemployment; leveraging on the infrastructure and personnel of 774 Local Government Administrations in Nigeria to deliver critical enterprise value chain services to 1,000,000 people annually.

The goal is to eradicate extreme poverty and hunger by promoting self-reliance and unlocking local content opportunities within the Nigerian economy. Every LGA has local extractive and commercial potentials that could be enhanced, explored, financed, processed, marketed and transformed through the SAED programme. By emphasizing skills acquisition and enterprise development, the people in those localities are empowered as the immediate beneficiaries of the SAED initiative.
